Starbucks Rocks the Skinny Drinks

With this heat it's nice to be able to get a cold nonfat and sugar free beverage option.  Starbucks has tons of options.  Newfiee 99999 has me hooked on Nonfat coffee Frappacino with sugar free vanilla and caramel shots!  Yummy!

Just read an email from them and I see that they have a food option called a Bistro Box and they have a protein one.  This will be nice for those days when I am on the go in the city! 

i hope they actually have them.i have never seen them.if you like nutella then get them to make you a skinny mocha with 2 shots mocha and 2 shots hazelnut

 I have never had nutella.  It has always seemed strange to me to put chocolate on toast.

Way to go, now I want one of those frappacino things LOL!!!  Hubby is a true Timmie's man and is finding it really hard to take me to Starbucks!!!  Poor thing eh!  I will have to remember a nonfat coffee frappacino with sugar free vanilla and carmel shots.  Hmm sure sounds good.

By the way you are doing fabulous congratulations!!!  Way to go!!!

Any Latte you can ask them to substitute one of their SF syrups.  I have a vanilla roiboos tea latte with SF vanilla.  They normally use "classic" syrup which is LOADED with sugar.  Yum Yum Yum :)

today they are giving away free samples of their refreshers.the lime one has 9 grams sugar in the tall.they are giving them away from 12-3 i think

I read that but I am not in the city tonight until 6:00 p.m.  darn.

dont forget to ask for sugar free base also when ordering fr starbucks.makes a world of difference

OMG you guys the frappacino was fantastic. So good, I have a new something I can actually drink and it tastes delicious.
