Hey there everyone. I finally did it today for the first time ever! I walked the 10,000 steps you are supposed to do daily. Really!, has anyone been able to do this. It took my an hour and 45 minutes to walk that. I have never walked that much in my life all at one time...Now, it't time for a NAP!!. Barb C

Great job! I'm currently sitting at 6900 due largely in part to 3 hrs at West Edmonton Mall. I will be walking the parking lot at the hotel before bed if required to make 7000 I once got 9600 steps at Mall of America but that was maybe 6 or 7 years ago and can say with confidence that this is the best I've done since that day! Good for you Makes me extra proud that I've come close over a whole day carrying a 130 lbs more

Do you have to do 10,000 steps total for the day or just in exercise. I usually get in 7-8,000 steps in during my day without exercising just from work. I am trying to get the rest in exercise. I use the tractivity system which attaches a sensor to your shoe or insole and then you can track in on your computer.\

Keep up the good work!

It's recommended 10,000 or more in a day to stay active. Great job!

When I am working I find it easy to get 7000 -8000 steps - the 10 000 takes a bit more work.
