there are 2 flavors mocha and vanilla,there is also decaf.if you want you order it your self and get it shipped to me in the us.its cheaper to order it from amazon by 6.00 and they have the shaker bottles too.

Hi there

I was wondering if you could get the decaf one as well as the shaker. I can meet you sometime and pay you cash. Have you tried the Injury Chicken soup? My nut and nurse said I don't have to use protein shakes, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to have some handy when I am too busy to cook.

I am still waiting for my final results from the heart tests last week, but planning to go ahead with surgery on Aug 27th.

Alvina - I have the unjury chicken broth - you are welcome to take the rest of it ... I never really liked it and think i used one or two servings of the bottle .... I can bring it to the next meet and greet or meet up with you at some point .
