Got my new passport today and the photo was taken before WLS. I really should have planned that better since it's good for 5 years and I already look different!

Referred March 2/11, Group Orientation Nov. 4 /11, Surgery date May 15/12 RNY

Referall sent out June 2011, Group Meeting Dec 2,2011, Dr Andrew Jan 25,2012, Psych Evaluation March 1st,2012, Dietician April 12,2012. Surgery June 26,2012!! Nutritionist Goal reached 6 months post op!! SW 247

alle you can get a new picture put in i think.i am gettting mine finally after the border got on me about no looking like the picture.i also have to get new drivers
