Has anyone heard of this and or have used it?? or know anyone that has???
One of the guys I work with is on it and he swears he wants to get me on it... I just wonder how good it really is... i have read various things.
Before you were accepted for this process.. what did you try and do in order to lose some weight?? the exercise part for me right now is hard due to knees and back.. how about the food and what can you do to crave the sugar and carb cravings??

when I look back on all the different WL methods I've tried....WW, slim fast, fenphen. I always ate simple carbs! When I decide to start bringing down my weight to qualify for surgery, I quit carbs (except veggies and the occasional flax wrap) altogther. After a few days I've not missed carbs at all. I've missed "the idea" of carbs but I know that it's a very slippery slope for me. Moderation just isn't an option.

I just had my VSG on May 29. I lost 40 punds between October and now by also cutting down drastically on carbs ( bread, rice, pasta) eating protein (mostly fish or chicken 4/5 oz) and filling up on vegetables and salad. I mixed up a huge salad every night, then had the leftovers next day at lunch with tuna and soup. I also did sit ups and some core stuff on an an exercise ball as I had foot/ back problems and couldn't do much else. Once I lost 20 pounds, I was able to start walking a bit as I was already in less pain. Now that I have lost 40 pounds, I hardly have any pain in my feet, knees, back or hips anymore. It does get better, easier and less painful as you loose more and more. I am still healing, so have just done 1/2 hr walks the last few days. Hopefully, I will be able to get back into it in a few weeks to start loosing again. This is the best I have done in 20 years ...MOTIVATION.. just knowing there was A POT OF GOLD AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW,,! Good luck.

I have been using Body by vi for about 6 weeks and can tell you that after the first week I wasn't hungry at breakfast and lunch. I haven't weighed myself as my scale has lost it's mind and I can gain 20 lbs in an hour but I know some of my clothes feel better.I have increased my activity level as well. I know I feel better but I attribute some of that to not eating as much wheat which I know I am sensitive to. If I could afford it I would order the kits that include the vitamins but unless Ican recruit some people to buy under me, I can't afford it. My hubby is using this as well and I can tell he has lost weight. The lady that convinced me to try it has had amazing results.

I have a coupe of friends who have done amazing with this product. I guess the key would be like anything else..just don't go back to the way you used to eat (easier said than done, I know) The one concept I liked about it is that you are getting alot of nutrients and vitamins that your body probably needs and has been lacking from our normal diets and if nothing else, you would feel better with that added in alone. Plus they taste really good..just not as high in protein as others but it wouldnt hurt to try it..can you get some sample packs before you spend the money?

I know several people who have done/are one this regime. One girl is on her second 90 day challange and has lost about 65 lbs, she is now a consultant for it. Two ladies in my office are one it, but one is getting tired of it and has switched back to WW and the other has done wonderful. She has lost 22 lbs and looks great. The have this list of recipes (and they sound soooooo good - blueberry cheesecake, peanut butter cup, etc) Both were not hungry and one ladies husband who is a diabetic paraperlegic has been doing it with her and has lost 5 inches off his calves (they swell with poor eating) and can now transfer himself with out help. I think it is kinda expensive though......
