Another little NSV

Since all of my shirts are starting to get big, I will no longer LOSE MY **** on my husband if something accidentally slips into the dryer  :) 

I was always convinced that things shrunk WAY up in the dryer, when in reality, I would stretch the crap out of everything and then hang it to dry :)

Too funny..Im the same way! Now I am trying to shrink a few so they won't look so baggy.

The dryer and I have rekindled our friendship...LOL

Ok so maybe I'm having a brain fart....but I can't figure out the acronym  NSV...help?

NSV = non-scale victory. 

Definition of NON-SCALE VICTORIES: any thing you achieve or experience that is not SCALE WEIGHT RELATED  

hee hee thanks Lori.  I guess I had one of those today.  Had to dress up a bit so I thought great I can wear my new black capris I bought at the end of last season that were tight.  Well put them on and they fell down.....went back to the closet and pulled out a pair of brown ones I hadn't worn in 3 years and they fit, even a bit loose but I could wear them.  So then feeling great I pulled out a top I haven't worn since 2007 and it fit too!!!!  I'm lovin this!  Oh and haven't taken any advil or tylenol for my knee pain for 5 weeks now and can do stairs like a big girl instead of one at a time! 

Well that's a whole lot of NSV's if you ask me!   Isn't it great!  I know this is the first summer ever that I was able to pull out my summer clothes and everything fit or was too big.  Being the packrat I am, there are clothes I've hung on to for several years, just hoping that they'd one day fit and now they do.  I'm thinking that by next summer we will both probably have to buy whole new wardrobes...yee haw!!
