Meet & Greet / Clothing Swap June 2 in Stonewall

I would like to invite you all out to a Meet and Greet and Clothing Swap at 308 Main street in Stonewall MB. on Sat. June 2.  I am thinking 12 - 4 pm.  We are on the corner of Main and 1st Ave. N. right across the street from Home Hardware, feel free to park in the lot behind the building and use the back door.  (Photography by Carmen)

I will have tables and clothing racks to put the clothes out on so if you want to bring some clothes on hangers we can display them nicely for sorting through them.  I will have some 2X and 3X clothes so if you are pre op and are interested in some different clothes be sure to come and help yourself. 

I checked with the park and they have a ball tournament all weekend so the concessions will be using the covered picnic areas.  But if you folks want to bring lawn chairs we can move things over to the other part of the park and get some fresh air and sun after we are done going through the clothes.  I will leave that up to the group to decide.  The park is just a couple of blocks away.

To get to Stonewall, head north on Route 90 which becomes Highway 7.  Go past Stony Mountain until you come to a set of traffic lights, this is Highway 67.  Turn left at the lights and it's about 3 miles till you get to Stonewall.  Go straight at the first 4 way stop till you get to the 2nd 4 way stop, this is Main Street.  Turn left and at the first street turn left and pull into the parking lot behind the building on the corner.  It's about a 20 minutes drive from Hwy 7 and the Perimeter.

 wow Alle 9 days Post op and u have so much energy good for you.  Joanne and I are getting sleeved on.The like 4th of June in Mexico we ave on the 3rd so a clothing swap is awesome timing.   I. Will see if Joanne is available to come along for a ride that day.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone.  Thank you for organizing this event.  Lorna.

i would love to go.i will see how things go.and its really faar away for me and camrose .did you want us to bring anything.
when we get together at someones house we usually end up doing a potluck of sorts.

My transmition in my car went so I am not sure if it will be fixed by then so not sure if I will be able to attend.   I will keep my fingers crossed tho!

Newfie99999 I was planning on having some healthy snacks for the afternoon.  I am good if people want to contribute and if you would like to have more of a potluck meal that;s good with me too.  We can go as late as we want to.  Let me hear what everyone is thinking and if you want to bring something and maybe say what so we don't end up with 10 lbs of broccoli
