Well, my time has come to be a loser!

I am SO excited for these 2.....I wonder what they're doing right now...

I am so happy for you and am praying for a safe and speedy recovery.  Hoping someday I will be able to put faces to everyone.

You should be so proud of yourself the way you have delt with pre op prepp.  WAY TO GO!!

I am hoping to get my new surgery date this week.

At the rate everyone is loosing there wil be no problems making room for people on the loosers bench. As they keep loosing which makes more room for other loosers on the bench.

Hi everyone and thank you for the well wishes and encouragement. Just a quick post before \i head out for another walk. Day1 was tough but I never do well with anasthetic. I knew that going into it so no surprise..just hoped that maybe they use something different here and I would feel better. Not going to elaborate more on that cause everyone is different and I eny those who felt great after.

But Day 2 is much better. Walking lots, got to have some ice chips and pain is very minimal, really only the incisions and that's to be expected.The staff here are amazing and so comforting. And someone is always in cleaning or checking on you. Trish, of course, is so great at her job that she really has found her calling. A baby was born here too and mom and baby are on this floor so I wander  by the bassinet every chance I get and oogle that beautiful baby..helps me take my mind off missing my own kids back home.

Just really hoping and wishing for a comfortable flight home..and I still have 3 days for that so not to worry just yet.

P.S. Justmest was a day earlier than me so she is already gone to the hotel but it was nice to have someone here who was going through the same thing. Whats the saying.."Misery loves company..and Day 1 was that for us..
