Well,I started my Optifast (now on day 3 and starving). Also saw the anesthesiologist today at the Vic, so it looks like my surgery is still on for May 29th..thank god!

how are you doing so far on your Optifast?? so glad to hear your surgery is still on! id be so upset if i started optifast and it was cancelled. So excited for you.

If you like chi tea,I have discovered if you mix up chi tea,cool it, then blend it with ice and mix it with the optifast it taste great.

Godd for you..Ill cross my fingers that all stays a go! I tried an Optifast and thought it was the worst thing ever..kudos to you for being on Day 3. I know its mind over matter to just get through it but I dont know if I could have..to all of you who have to take that stuff, my hat's off to you. I leave Monday for Mexico and I have three days pre-op of yogurt and water..should be doable (I hope).
