I did it on purpose!
I went to the gym today for the first time in a gazillion years and walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill. Averaged 2 miles an hour but upped the incline for a couple of minutes, reaching an incline of 7 at the peak. Did go on the eliptical but couldn't do more than a minute. That's ok, I'll try for 90 seconds or more next time and build from there. I am now combatting old habits....wanting to eat crap. I had the attitude of oh, I worked out so now I'll have a treat..... That's not me anymore and I am reminding myself. I settled for a Tim Horton's tea which I have every day anyway.
Anyway, needed to toot my own horn.
