Saw this pic on Facebook - makes sense

It was like a mini slap in the face...in a good way.  I hope that woman doesn't mind but I've now shared it on my own timeline.  I had a friend tell me a couple of weeks ago how inspiring I am but she showed a picture of her at a Toronto FC game eating a "chip butty" which is fries in a hot dog bun with vinegar.  She figured it into her "program" but I really don't see how you can have a healthy lifestyle when you eat that stuff.

Oh well.  I will just continue to be me.  Thanks for the motivation!
