I was really bothered last week that I was going to gain when I'd only been very serious about weight loss for4 weeks. Well I did gain but this week lost what I gained plus another 4 pounds! I am 28 pounds away from a BMI of 47!
Also, today I had a workshop where lunch was provided. I managed to eat a small portion of salad, 3 gherkin pickles, 2 pickled beet slices, a part bowl of veggie soup and 2 sandwich triangles - one egg on wheat, one ham on marble rye. Most importantly, I stayed away from the treats!!
