I think I am gonna miss this one ladies as much as I would love to come that will be day 2 of my optifast diet and I don't think I can be around food....getting nervous!

I went to a meet & greet at Smitty's on day 5 of my Optifast diet. I didn't find the temptation too bad...but the difference between day 2 and day 5 is quite a bit if I remember correctly. I know Cedarstar was at a meet & greet while on the pre-op diet too. If we miss you at this one, then I guess we'll see you next when you're on the loser's bench. Woohoo!

Thanks for the offer to help newfie! I will put it on my calendar but I can't promise I will make it.
Have to see how the first day goes.... I may be a *itch with a capital B by day 2 and I don't want to inflict that on you nice folks. Busy schedule too as I prepare to leave my business for 3 weeks! But I will try to attend.

I had been looking forward to meeting you ladies at this meet and greet, but I am afraid i will be out of town at our cabin because we have a construction project going on out there and I have to be there to help direct the electricians while they do their rough-in. Hopefully i can make it to the next one so I can meet some of you soon. I can see what a benefit you all are to each other with your support and tips.
