How do you add the ticker tape

I don't know what you call the bench/ticker tape thing at the bottom of your messages that shows your start weight and how much you have lost.  I can't even find where I would start to develope one.  Can anyone help.

 go here and follow the directions. use the html code and copy it and paste it in your signature box.
Your signature can only be 2" high, so you may need to adjust your setttings to make sure it fits
