Great day before I go back to work tomorrow

Woke up and weighed myself ... down 30 lbs in total in just over 3 weeks !!!!! it is so freaky . I managed to get all my protein AND water in yesterday - first time I was able to get both on the same day....

I went out for lunch with a friend, had soup 1/2 bowl and it was wonderful. I still love going out to eat , I'm just way cheaper now. It's more about the company and relaxing.  We have been focusing on going out for coffee more .  She kept going on and on about how much thinner I was looking. 

Then we decided to go for a walk. Climbed up garbage hill aka westview park and walked around talking. 30 lbs ago I wouldn't have had as much energy to do it. My back and knees were always killing me. I handled it as well as she does and she is much fit and thinner..... yay

  We then went to costco and I grabbed a thing of water bottles to lug around ( Who would have thought I would be as focused on water and protein lol ) and a flexees fat free dressing tank in XXL .  Plus made my step daughters day as I found a one direction book she has been dying for !!! She squealed when she got home from school today .... I  Walked all around the store.

On my way out I ran into someone I knew  who told me I was looking really good and thinner ( love hearing that)

I feel on top of the world today... now to keep up the water and protein today!

 yeah Im so happy for you!!!! 30 pounds in a great weight loss in such a short time and what a wonderful day you had. I wish you many more just like that..Hoping back to work is easy and you can get in the fluids you need to. Yipee and heres to conitnued weight loss!!!

When you type up a message, there is a box you have to "tick" at the bottom each time, that says you want your signature included.  Otherwise, it will default to leaving your signature off your messages.  I was having trouble with this too.

I'm so happy that everything is working out for you!!  I hope the transition back to work is smooth and everyone is supportive there.  Let us know how it goes. 

Even though my surgery is so far away that is one thing that stresses me out - going back.  I have haters in my office that WON'T be glad for me and I have heard their veiws on WLS (easy way out, cheating, etc. etc, blah blah blah ) They don't know that I am getting it done so it might be comical to hear their responses - LOL

Awesome rainyone!    So glad you had a great day.  I can hardly wait .  Isn't it amazing the little things that other people take for granted that we are missing out on by being overweight?  People who have been thin  all their lives just don't understand - - or at least that is my experience. 

I originally told only a couple people at all. Then when I was booked I ended up telling everyone lol. Even on facebook lol. Wasn't planning on it but ended up just putting it out there. Everyone at work knows ... I am too open I think sometimes, we shall see how it goes. I didn't tell my patients why I was going to be off ( I am  home care nurse and see the same patients over a long period of time ) I'm sure they will notice the weight loss as it is coming off , and haven't thought about what to say if questioned by them.
