So, I am sitting here wondering what all of you can suggest to me, how to get eating healthy without having to pay a fortune.  Are there any suppliments that can work?  I find that I dont eat alot, but i dont eat regular either. Most times I eat when I am hungry. Why? my knee hurts so much that I cant handle the getting up and moving around, it's a horrible excuse but it's true!.
So,  how can one eat somewhat healthy without doing a lot of cooking.. I would be in all my glory if I had my own personal chef! but wouldnt we all?
i know that ulose and herbal magin but that is so expensive.. been there did that and gained even more back.  I cant afford to pay that kind of money to lose weight, sad excuse I know.. and how do I get moving when I am in so much pain?

I did a quick google search on upper body workouts in  a seated position and came up with this link:

http://exercise.about.com/library/blseatedupperbody.htm

and I am sure there are more, just to give you some ideas.  You probably don'e have the weights, bands, etc. that they are using but a person can substitute using household things like soup cans, cantalopes (for small med. ball - then you can eat it - lol).  Be creative and I am sure you could workout at least your upper body and core alittle without taxing your leg too much.  If you are on a laptop, you could probably use that as a weight for overhead presses or arm curls.  Don't forget that a journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step - starting ANYTHING is a step in the right direction!  take care and start slow....... we are all cheering for you!

Chiro and family GP have told me it's my knee. I was booked for my mri in august, moved it up to june. til then, advil, tyenol is what I have to take and it's just not helping me at all. :(
