how to contact clinic in Wpg

Hello everyone,

I was referred to the Bariatric Clinic in Wpg when it first opened but did not meet the criteria I was told I would be put on the waiting list for expanded criteria. 

Does anyone know if it would be ok for me to contact them and find out if I am still on the list and update my criteria. 

If so, does anyone have a contact number for their offices.
