My name is Sherry. I had the VSG Feb 14/11 at the Vic Hospital by Dr. Vergis/Hardy. To date I have lost 135+ lbs. I want to loose another 15 lbs. I love to exercise since my surgery, though it is getting harder to fit into my schedule. Hope to see you all at the M & G tomorrow.

I'm Kristin, new to the site this month. HW 361 CW 337. Wanting VSG but in referral limbo. I want my health back! After talking to a friend who has surgery next week, I realized that my "goals" are all exercise related. #1 is be able to go hiking in the woods without being afraid of holding others back or needing to stop every 10 minutes to catch my breath.
