Need a little help

Sorry guys that I missed Sunday's meet & greet after I said I was coming.  I have had and continuing to have some issues and I really need someone to help me out  I am 3 months post op now .  If someone can take sometime out and contact me I would really appreciate it. 
I am getting so frustrated.  I have no where to turn other than you guys.
