I'm looking for vitamin suggestions.

For either RNY or VSG. Which brand do you use? where do you buy them. How long did you use chewable?  What is your regimen?

I get my vitamins at Wal-Mart or at Rexall when they go on sale - wherever I can get them for the right price. My blood work always comes back fine, so I don't think my body is suffering for buying inexpensive ones.

I didn't ever bother with chewables. I just didn't take vitamins in any form for the first month and my surgeon said that was ok. It is taking your vitamins over the long term that is necessary. (I couldn't get them down in any form the first month.)

Now, I take most of my vitamins in the morning. I then take my iron at supper because you can't take it at the same time that you take your calcium.

Hope this helps.
