brrrrr!!
I am cold ALL the time. I am soooo tired of being cold. I know it's probably from the rapid weight loss and change of metabolism, but I'm even cold after a work out. I'm constantly shivering and covered in goose bumps. I want the house temp at 23 or 24 and it's usually at 21! I have to always be wearing fleece pants, spa socks and a massive hoodie.
Any tips on how to conquer this? I'm tired of being cold! I sip on hot tea, have a hot bath every night and I'm still always cold. When I snuggle to watch tv, I have to have a couple blankets wrapped around me and sometimes even have a ho****er bottle.

It was like that for me too, when I was around 6 months out..then summer hit and AHHHH! Turned the AC down. Much to my sweaty family's dismay. LOL I think you are doing all the stuff I did to remedy the deep freeze. I can tell you that now over a year after surgery, it goes with my cycle...I'm freezing right before my period starts. I just cozy up on the couch and veg. I know it's coming, so I get all the housework done before it hits. My kids and I watch movies and play games for a couple of days. I also wear layers on a regular basis. Easier to be a little too warm than too cold and take forever to warm up again. That rots!
Can totally relate TotalKaos. Would do anything to be too hot. :). Am totally glad we have had a milder than normal winter as I'm just freezing when I walk outside no matter how many layers I have. At work I have a heter by my desk and that doesnt even help have at times put on my jacket and mitts. When I'm at home I am always in layers and sometimes have on three shirts at one and a hoodie. Long johns have been my best friend this winter and a heated blanket. Can't wait or summer maybe I will warm up
I am always cold! I wear snowpants everyday and take them off when I get to work. I also wear 2 swearters at work so I can adjust with the temp. People at work never ask me if it is to cold cause I will always say yes. I know at work if I am comfortable everyone else is sweating. I find a hot bath is the only way to get the chill off once I get home.
