I'm overweight!!!!

Hi everybody!

I am thrilled to report that I am no longer "obese". The scale moved today - just enough to move my BMI under the "30" mark. That means I am out of the obese category and am now only "overweight".

This little victory made my day.

Keep up the good work everyone.
I will see you at the next M & G!
