stomach pains

hello everyone,
    i have been having stomach pains for the past 24 hrs.T3s are not helping.it started with a dumping episode yesterday and i took imodium b/c i had to go to work and no bathroom for hrs.well since i took the imodium i have had horrible stomach pains,where i have a hard time getting anything in to my stomach.possible tmi  i havent passed alot of gas since then either.
hope someone has a idea.

Are you ok now? I am having the same problem myself today. I had a bad dumping episode at 5:30pm tonight. It is now almost 11pm and I am still in pain.

im better now.we figure it was the stomach flu.dont recommend that to anyone.i was much better by monday.
