Hi there, I havn't posted for a while.  Mainly because I am so disapointedd.  I am 9months out and not losing any more weight at all.  I am stuck at 144.  Right now I hate that number.  My doctor wanted me to get to 135 which would put me in a normal range or health range for weight .  I am ony 5 '2'' so my BMI still isnt where it should be.  All I can say to all of the people who have just had surgery.  Use your first six months wisely. exercise every day, drink all of our water,  eat your protein and take all of your vitamins to  use the time wisely when the weight comes off easy.  At 9 months out I still only have 2 shakes a day, and my protein snaks. I do eat a protein paked supper and a protein snack in the evening. I am on the treadmill daily.  Still the weight will not come off.

that's crappy Newme.  I feel bad for you and you certainly sound discouraged.  Have you tried a dietian (like Laura) or a personal trainer to mix up the exercise?  I know that sounds like the same old, same old.  I know you didn't have your surgery here but I know Laura is an independant consultant and she might be able to help your stall.

Keep up the good work, I am sure there was a day that 144 lbs seemed impossibly far away but you got there and you will get to your goal.
