Hey ladies!

I was following links in other weight loss surgery sites and stumbled across this one. There seems to be some interesting stuff here, including a whole section of recipes geared to people who have had bariatric surgery! The few I've looked at so far have nutritional information, including protein content.

Thanks! I will check those out, too.

The lady who owns the BE website has also had bariatric surgery. She's written a book about it, too.
