I was one of you. I doubted. I thought there was NO way that I could make this life change and stick to it. There was no way that I could be brave enough to go through with the surgery. There was NO way I could wait as long as the waiting list needed me too...

PLEASE believe me when I say - it is worth the WAIT, it is worth the life change.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

WOW that's incredible!! that's only 6months time in between!!! Congrats on the great work!! you look fantastic!! I can't wait to get my date and get on with my life!! What were your numbers if you don't mind me asking and how tall are you?

and at the date of my consult (late 2010) i was almost 230.
at the date of my surgery - Aug 8 (after 2 weeks of pre-op shakes) i was 208.
and 2 days ago i weighed in at 171.2.
and i am BARELY 5'2"... :)

way to go.what a difference.i show my hubby these pictures so he can see others progress on days that he questions if this was right for me(not very often only when im not having a good day)

Love the top, i have it in black but it's still a little too snug, maybe a couple weeks.
