Wow....hard to believe your surgery is tomorrow Charleen. The last few months since your consultation seem to have gone by so fast. I'll be thinking of you and sending positive thoughts your way!! You'll do great and I can't wait to hear from you in a few days when it's all over.

Thanks so much ladies. Can't believe that the two weeks on the shakes has gone by. This second week has been so much easier. I actually got used to them and didn't mind the chocolate at all. Have actually had so much energy and didn't feel much different except in the evening I did go to bed a little earlier. Still went to gym for my personal training and kept up with my learning to run. Have to admit I will miss the gym for the next few weeks. It's so routine for me

Am all ready for tomorrow and am more excited about starting a whole new life then I am nervous. The only thing I want is everything to go smooth and a short stay. I am not a fan of hospitals not that anyone is.

Will keep everyone posted on how things go. You ladies are amazing and can't wait til the next m & g
