Hi everyone...so I was told I could ask anything....I was just thinking of some questions..

How long after surgery are you allowed to go back to the gym?
What are you allowed to do when you do go back?
How does the weight loss effect tattoos?
How bad is the optifast?
How much does the optifast cost?

I know lots of questions...i'm sorry...just curious and excited

Dr. Vergis okayed it to go back to the gym when I saw him at 5 weeks out I believe, maybe a bit sooner. He said everything was healed and just to take it slowly and know that I wouldn't be able to do as much pre-surgery. Basically if your body tells you to stop then we need to listen. I don't have any tatoos and never took the optifast. They just recently changed the pre-op diet.

5 Weeks that's not too bad...even if i can just walk on the treadmill..lol I'm curious about the optifast and how much it costs, how much you get when you order it for 2 weeks, what you can make it with, is that all you're allowed for the 2 weeks. And the only tattoo i'm really worried about it the one on my lower back (the tramp stamp they call it..lol)
