Hi ..that's great to hear that you're going so well, it's encouraging to me to hear those kinds of things..i was a reluctant on having the surgery in the beginning cause i was afraid of "being sick" and laid up in bed and stuff..apparently it's proving to be soooo not how it is..lol right on for you trying steak...how was that for flavor? a lil better than liquids or shakes? lol i keep hearing of ppl stalling and it's crappy but you're right, it'll get moving again. i'm so happy to hear about the polish..might see kinda trival but since i quit smoking this is my new "thing" i love getting my pedi's 
the only piercing i have is my tongue , i've had it so long a couple hours ain't gonna do nothing..lol i'll just pop her back in after ..hah.
