Long stall!
Hieveryone, I have had a miserable month. I am still at the same weight. I seem to be stuck, does anyone have any ideas of what I may be doing wrong? I have slowed down on my water intake, but that is all I can think of. They dont allow us to drink at work in front of people. Unfortunately my job calls for me to be infront of people all day. I am still drinking a protein shake for breakfast every day. I have protein for lunch and supper. My snaks consist of half a bannana and a tbsp of peanut butter, or greek yogurt, or cottage cheese. Help!
During my stall.... I eat small amounts of pretzels(carbs)this seems to aide in the weightloss. I think(my opinion only) that your body gets used to the calories and food and you need to fool(trick)it....
