Severe kidney pain, or is it?
So I went to the Dr with severe kidney pain the other day. He did some testing and said I dont see any problem with your kidneys. He goes on to say, have you changed jobs or lost weight or anything of that nature. I told him that I had lost a lot of weight and changed jobs. Helooks at my back and tells me that because i was so heavy before I had an extreme curvature of the spine. this is caused because I carried so much extra weight at the front. I guess it is sort of like a pregnant woman leaning back to compensate for the extra weight. The Dr goes on to say that my back will straighten out that is what the pain is, the back is readjusting itself . thank goodness it wasnt my kidneys, what a releif.

UGH! I had that same issue! Ihave had kidney stones before and I was PETRIFIED post op that I would get some if I got dehydrated. Thankfully I didn't get any! BUT my back started to really hurt once I was about 75lbs into losing. I think it was skeletal for me too. Once I started riding the bike, stretching and doing yoga..VOILA..no more pain. I still have upper back pain though and I think that is from the tummy skin pulling down. I will keep working out until a get my tummy tuck..LOL
