ESD Xray and other appointments

I just received a letter saying I've been scheduled for an ES & D xray on October 11th.  Forgive my ignorance, but is that the barium swallow that's been talked about in these forums recently?

I have an appointment with the NUT on November 24th, I'm meeting with the psychologist on December 1st, and I have a physical with my doctor on October 5th.   Are there any other appointments that I have to be concerned about before surgery?  

When I got my letter I was totally confused on what a ES & D xray was but it is  the barium swalllow.  It's not actually that bad.  Took less then 10 minutes.

That was all the appointments that I had to do for.  Tomorrow is finally my consultation with the NUT.  Seems like I have been waiting forever and hope to have a surgery date soon.  I'm not the most patient person.
