Finally got called into work today. I was nervous and excited, I have not seen anyone since the day before my surgery.
Lots of comments on how good I look, I could see everyone giving me the once over. It was funny how the ones you thought would comment, said nothing, and the last person I thought would say something gave me the nicest comments.
One co worker said I looked good and said "you must have a boyfriend" I said nope, and she said "do you want one?". I said "yup" lol
What was even better my knees and feet do not hurt like they use to. I also am at my 2nd stall, I think going back to work will shake it off.

It is truly amazing how our feet suffered.  Just remember to drink lots at work(and pee)!!

Funny re: how least expected person gives nice comments!

That is so great your knees aren't hurting like they used to as well!

My neighbor told me the other day (she has a knee injury) that her doctor told her for every extra pound we carry puts an extra 3 pounds of pressure on you knee when you walk...wow that is alot of extra pressure!

I'm so happy that you had such a great first day back! It's a great feeling to hear those nice comments. I am looking forward to relieving the pressure on my legs and feet too. It'd be nice to toss some of these pain killers. 

It only gets better!  Not a day goes by that I receive multiple compliments on my weight loss.  After a while when most of the stress is off the knees and feet you suddenly feel "bouncy".  I am like Tigger!  LOL.  Anyway, good on you for your first day back!

I am really looking forward to going back to work after a month off and surprising everyone with a change...but I couldn't imagine going back after several months! That must have been exciting.
