I need to admit something today...
I have NEVER been a big carbs eater.
Or at least I didn't think so.
So here and now, I will admit...
I MISS CARBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I miss BREAD and PASTA and STUFFING and PIZZA CRUST...
all of it.
It's a new life, gotta cut out all of that stuff.
Gotta get over it.
Seeing my BMI go down from Extremely Obese to just Obese
and seeing myself down 35 lbs since July...
I'll give up carbs NO questions asked.
Best decision ever.
BUT...i DO miss them.

I've been missing my carbs since I started the 2 week pre-op. Even as I lay in my hospital bed I crave them although I am not hungry at all. It's like when I quit smoking. I was a very heavy smoker but I managed to quit 3 1/2 years ago. I crave it every day and know that I will never light up again because of the many health benefits since I quit. I would think it will be the same for me and carbs.

I always loved my carbs too, bread, pasta etc. I used to boil up cups of raw pasta a day and it it, sometimes twice a day. I used to buy a huge family sized pasta. I stopped doing that and have lost 100Ibs in 3 yrs. I'm not having wls now due to personal reasons and just doing it myself. This is the most I've ever lost consistantly.
