A little down

Am a little down in the dumps that I have had my physche evaluation and passed no problem and have my physical next week with my family doctor but now have to wait till Sept 22 to see Laura for my nutirtional consult.  Just want to move on with my life after my engagement broke off in April and have a fresh start on life since this is somehting I have been waiting for so long to happen and now that I am one step closer it feels like it's so far away.

So sorry to hear that...I totally know what you're going through. I had my consult in early June and was told that I couldn't have my appt with Laura until Aug 17th!!! I was devastated. I called Andrea and asked to be put on a list just in case there were any cancellations. She said that wasn't likely and that she didn't even have any surgery dates until late Sept or early Oct.
But the time has gone fast and now my nutrician appt is only 2 weeks away! Hopefully I can get a call about surgery soon after that. I figure I've waited this long...what's another month? But I know what you mean about wanting to get this done!! At least we don't have to wait 3 years or pay thousands of $$, like some women!
Glad to hear the psyche eval went well. It's so good that your pre op is soon too...at least you'll have all of "your stuff" done at your end, just in case Laura has a cancellation.
I also ordered my shakes already...just so I have them ready to go! You don't need a Rx for the Minogue Medical site. You can either order online or by phone. I went in with 2 other girls from this site so we could save on shipping.

Sorry to hear about the delay. But at least you know it is going to happen, it is just a matter of time! By the New Year, you will be well on your way to your new body. Hang in there, the time will fly by!

I too felt i waited forever for surgery! I have been waiting and waiting and waiting...
Through xmas holidays waiting to hear about a march apt ..only to find out they are behind, then got apt in June, couldn't see NUT till Aug. now all of a sudden- i have had all apts I am nearly going to have my surgery!
I can't believe it..It will come faster than you think...really.
Just hang in there I know it is hard.

I honestly felt that a few months ago too - and then all of a sudden everything went SO fast.  Will be hoping & praying that you end up the same way. :)
