Got my Appt

I got a letter in the mail for my Barium Swallow appt Aug 16th! I was wondering if there was anything else that I have to do before my surgery in Sept? I am getting soooo excited!

It is exciting! Your life is about to change for the better.
If you have seen the nutritionist, the psychologist, and your physician for your pre-op, then you are ready to go!

Where did you letter come from?

It came from St Boniface Hospital.

I NEVER actually received a letter from them re: my barium swallow.

I HIGHLY recommend doing what everyone told me to day - CALL them and just ask them what the date is.  Especially with all of this Canada Post stuff going on, we just can't trust that we will actually receive the letter.

My surgery is 3 weeks away and I only found out TODAY when my swallow is.
