Hi lynn i also dont know how to shrink picture or put picture on maybe you will figure and help me i had (rny)  and i am losing hair when i shower and when i bru**** I didnt think i would lose this much and dont know when it stops so good luck good luck in july hopefully there will be a meet and great to meet all or someof these great  ladies they have sure helped me through this process good luck and talk to you soon

I downloaded a free program called "photo resizer" and that worked.  The only thing is I had to find a photo that was already less than 100 kb for it to work. When I take photos with my camera they are 1 or 2 MB - not sure how to change that for future shots.    Hope that helps you. 

Guess I just have to accept the hair loss issue.  Hopefully the Megatek Cell Rebuilder will help a bit.

Hi Lynn and WELCOME! About the hair loss thing....I'm 3 mths out and haven't noticed any yet. I too have very thin fine hair. So far so good! ~Cheryl
