iced drinks

 i was wondering if there was some type of frozen drink that we can have.the reason im asking is i am having a hard time getting enough water but i can drink it when its near freezing.also i would to be able to get something when we take the kids out for a treat

At home I mix ice, milk and a protein powder that is a mocha flavoured. It is like an iced cap.

Starbuck also have a sugarfree cold drink. I do not know the name of it.

Orange Julius has a sugarfree drink as well.

I find that I can drink regular Gatorade or those Vitamin Drinks. However, I prefer sugared drinks watered down to half.
