Breakfast: 1 pkg reduced sugar oatmeal

Lunch: 2 wieners w/mustard

XL coffee 1 sugar, 2 cream (mmm timmies)

Dinner : 1 can veggie soup

45g mocha protein drink

Snack:  ??  I figure I'll probably have 50g of a cashew, almond, dry cranberry mix
