I haven't had my surgery yet and really have no idea what would be causing your pain. I do know that when I previously had a tubal ligation I developed an infection and it hurt on one side terribly. I couldn't even lay down on that side. I would suggest seeing your doctor. Hope you feel better soon!

I agree - get yourself checked out.
Post-op I had pain around my incision sites, particulary by my liver.
I had trouble breathing immediately after surgery, but that didn't last long.
It is possible that it is only gas pains - but if it lasts more than a day, I'd suggest calling the clinic & if they can't see you right away, go to a walk-in clinic.
