I know some of you recommended to bring our own protein shakes to the hospital because there's are not great. How many should I bring?
Thanks I'm making my list of what to bring to the hospital.

Just bring a few, as you will not drinking the whole thing at once. divide them into smaller equal parts and place in ziploc baggies.
