OMG! I had banana with a small amount of ice-cream on Thursday evening, what a huge mistake! I've been sick with acid reflux and indigestion ever since. I haven't ate anything but soda crackers since. Unless you call TUMS food....I was doing so well until this. What do I do? I don't want to use meds for this......help! This is not fun stuff, my heart goes out to all you others that suffer with this routinely.......Thanks.....~Cheryl

I really think the BANANA......is the culprit here. I have had a small amount of ice cream before and was fine. No more bananas for this chick let me tell you! Not worth the agony and sleepless nights! I just can't figure out why it's lasting so long.....or what else to do about it. I did mention I was a suck and have Zero to none in the pain threshold department didn't I? Sorry to bug you guys with this....Just thought some that suffer with it could give me some not to do's for up the road.....~Cheryl the whiner! sorry! ((HUGS))
Cheryl, I agree it probably was the banana. I get indigestion from them alot. I occassionally use papaya enzyme(chewable tablet) - it's supposed to help with digestion. It has worked for me but when the acid reflux gets too bad I turn to Zantac. Of course I haven't had the surgery so I don't know it you can take these.
Hope you feel better soon.

Hope you are all high and dry. We have been watching all the flooding going on at hoop and holler, it's about 10 minutes from us and where we always went to pick strawberries. Lots of my friends and co workers are at risk of losing their homes. Stay safe and dry!
