It gets easier the 2nd week.  Keep it up!  YOU CAN DO IT!!!  Have you tried the coffee trick with the shakes? What kind of veggies are you eating?

I found that I'm doing more, so that might be why I'm tired. I'm trying to get everything done before hand. I have had little gas, could be the veggies, so I switched had spagetti squash for the first time with tomato garlic and onion yummy.
Hang in there, step on the scale that should cheer you up

I was very tired during the pre-op. I found that I had a hard time paying attention and I was irritable. I also had to drink alot of water or I would get pains in my kidney area. But it did get better after about day 5.

I got stomach cramps if I didn't drink enough water. You have just seriously reduced you caloric intake, so it is normal to feel tired. I also had some gas, not fun.

Just keep at it, it is worth it in the end.

Yep! It's normal. So is the gas unfortunately. It will be over before you know it. Good luck and stay strong you can do this....:) ~Cheryl
