Vitamins and Supplements
It took me about a month to get into the habit, but I am taking them regularly now. (I used those 7 day pill boxes, so that I know if I have taken that day's meds or not.)
The only one I sometimes forget is my iron, because I need to take it at lunch so that I don't take it at dinner with my calcium pill. If I go too many days without it, I start getting symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome.
I take the bulk of my pills in the morning. I sit in my chair with a glass of water and at least 4 pills. I call this my "first" breakfast. LOL!

I'm pretty much perfect about taking my vites. HAHAHAHA! No really, I have always been pretty good about taking them and since I take allergy pills daily, it's just a couple more pills to take. I do a calcium in the morning, my B12 and Prenatal at night before bed. I take vitamin C and D if I feel like I am getting run down from activities.
I fully plan on taking vitamins for the rest of my life. Doesn't bother me one bit.
