I added extra water and ice and sipped on them all day
I added some of the mixed vanilla to my tea this morning it was good, but you have to cool the tea or the shake curdles
You can put it in the blender with ice.
Good luck

Add strong black coffee, ice cubes and put in a blender.  Yummy.

Believe it or not, you get to like them.

I added instant flavoured coffee to mine and drank them cold. You could add banana extract to them or some other flavour, mix with ho****er and blend in a mixer or add ice.

The first day I hated them so much I almost cried having the 3rd one for the day, but everyday it got better.

YAY! for all you that are getting it done, or just have gotten it done, your journey has begin.

There is nothing fun about the pre-op diet except the weight loss.
The only thing I can promise you is that it will not last forever.

You can do it!
