Hi ! So glad you are back and things went well for you! I can't help you re: advice as i am still waiting for my surgery. I did get an apt  though!! I am going for my consult visit  June 10th.

Keep taking things slow...recovery comes first! I recall from the meet and greet you waited 3 years for this surgery. I am so happy for you - your are finished the worst part!

hi yes im back doing good yea for consult june 10th it will be here right away  i would go into the meeting very postivde ,i found  that i went into a least one meeting with all the people i saw i flew in 530 in the morning so i was tried, worried what they were going to say so just got my anxiety up so high that is part of my set back a little, even my case worker said it was so after that i buckled up regardsless of how i felt its like it sets them off that were not stable or ready that is my experience with edmonton i also saw so many people i think here in wpg you have a couple
