Protien bars

Could anyone tell me what protien barsyou are using.  I can't seemo find any under 300 calories wih no sugar.  I have heard that costco sells some.

I have tried 2 different kinds of protein bars from Costco.

The first one is called Zone perfect.  They have 3 different flavours, the Double Chocolate  50g bar contains 210 Cal, 15g protein, 7g fat, 1.2g Linoleic Acid, 4g Saturated fatty acids, 21 g carbohydrates and a bunch of vitamins.  These bars were good for a while, but I grew tired of them.

The other one is called Motivate. They also have 3 different flavours, the Double Chocolate 50g bar contains 190 Cal, 13g protein, 7g fat, 5g saturated fat, 8% sodium, 23g carbohydrates, 6g fibre, 7g sugar.  I like these bars a lot more.  If you need chocolate fix the Double chocolate bar is delish.  The other flavours are good too.

Right now I am eating a Premier Protein bar from Costco.

Yogurt Peanut Chrunch Flavour, 72g bar; 290 cals; fat 8g; cholesterol 10mg; sodium 410 mg; carbs 24g; fibre 1g; sugar 10; protein 30g. 15% of total daily iron.

I eat about a half of one at a time.
