YAY! Broke past the plateau!

I finally broke past the plateau! I lost 4lbs since the last time I weighed myself...earlier this week.

I had a plateau this week only 2 weeks after surgery. I guess that is normal after losing quickly for first 2 weeks. Is that what happened to you too? You had your surgery on the 21st of March and I was the 30 of March. We are just about a week apart. I will look to see how you are doing since you are ahead of me.

Backtracking, it looks like I stopped losing weight 10 days post surgery and it stayed the same for maybe 2 weeks then finally today I saw a different #!

Great news!  I was on a two week plateau also ---soooo frustrating.  I know how you feel.  Keep up the great work.
