Had surgery in Medicine Hat. Back home now.
Hello, Had surgery in Medicine Hat last week. I'm already feeling better. I have had to look around to find protein powders that I like. I bought the Benepr#ti%n at the pharmacy in st.B. I will try to make it to the next meet and greet to see what everyone is doing to get in enough protien. Take care.
Hope you are doing well.
I discovered that I can't stand protein powder. I used the BeneProtein for the first couple of weeks when I couldn't eat meat. Since then, I just try to get a good serving of protein with each meal. (I don't know what I'd do if I were vegetarian. LOL)
See you at the meet & greet.

So glad to hear you are feeling better! WOW! :) As for the protein, I just used the Beneprotein too..and added it to as many foods as possible. I also added unflavored greek yogurt that I bought at Costco to my soups. I used Premier Protein as well, also from Costco. It's a premade shake. I still have some left, but right now it's been overused..LOL Once I was feeling much better I went to Popeyes Supplement store and tried a few different kinds of powders there. I found ISO Sensation 93 (Chocolate and Vanilla) to be the best...for now
