SURGERY TODAY!
Thanks Cheryl, I slept better last night, with the exception of when I kept waking myself up when I had tried rolling to sleep on my side...not a great idea, lol. But other than that it was great. I am not a back sleeper, I usually preferred on my side or stomach and I think we all know sleeping on my stomach isn't gonna happen for quite a while, lol.
Glad to hear you are doing well. It has been 16 days since my surgery and doing great. Have been back full time at work for the past about 10 days and no problems. I am eating most foods now and drinking is no problem. You certainly cannot over eat anymore.....just will not let you. I am also out walking every morning for half hour. Feels very good. Soon you will be up and around like nothing has happened.

Holy moly, that is amazing! I can't imagine going back to work so quickly, I can't yet sit up for long periods, but neither can I lay back for long periods either yet. I know the inactivity and boredom will make me want to go back to work as early as possible, but I keep tiring quickly. I don't care to watch TV, the only TV show I actually watch is True Blood, but that doesn't start up until June I think, so I don't really bother with the TV except when I am on my laptop (it's hooked up to my TV). I can't wait to start walking again, I had joined the Y about a month prior to the surgery and was going 6 days a week, just on the treadmill because, I can't do outdoors due to allergies (unless I've taken benadryl prior). I tried the elliptical a few times, but I now know I have to work my way up to that as it was pretty taxing right off the bat, unless I was just doing something wrong?
